Mr. Jessee

My name is Mr. Jessee and I teach 6th grade Social Studies at Godwin Heights Middle School. I began my teaching career when I student taught at North Godwin Elementary in the 3/4th-grade multiage class. I graduated from Cornerstone University in 2000 with a degree in Elementary Education and Social Studies. I taught in Hopkins, West Michigan Academy of Environmental Science, and Kentwood before joining the Godwin Team in 2004. In Godwin, I have taught at South Godwin, North Godwin, and the Middle School. I'm passionate about giving my students amazing opportunities to learn and grow in all areas of their lives. I live in Byron Center with my wife and our four children and love supporting Godwin Football, Basketball & the marching band!
