Renae Hackley
My name is Renae Hackley and I graduated from Western Michigan University in 2007 with a degree in Elementary Education, minoring in Social Studies and Science. I also received my master's degree from Grand Valley University in Educational Technology integration. I am working on my ESL (English as a Second Language) endorsement through Aquinas College. I currently teach 6th grade English Language Arts and Social Studies, I have taught Math and Science in the past. I have been an educator at Godwin Heights since 2008 and have taught throughout the district. I enjoy teaching middle school students and I focus on building positive relationships with students to help them form great habits to be successful in their future careers. I am married with two young boys that keep us busy. My husband and I have been coaches and enjoy sports, that is a large part of our lives. I no longer coach but we attend as many sporting events as we can. Feel free to visit my classroom website.
